a coincidence between the values for the Empirical Rule and the prime-counting function

The values for Empirical Rule are 68%, 95%, and 99.7%. We are concerned with the digits of the first and third entries, that is, with 68 and 997. These two values correspond to the number of primes, modulo 100, not exceeding 1000, and to the largest prime not exceeding 1000, respectively.
Also, the number of hours in a week, mod 100, is also 68.
