obsolete indicators

1. It used to be that if you saw the back of a roadway sign, you were going the wrong way on a one-way road, but not longer. (Now they have signs warning wrong-way drivers, so it might be the back of one of those signs that you see.)
2. It used to be that if you heard a toilet flush, you knew you weren’t alone in the building, but not longer. (Now the automated-flush toilets sometimes flush accidentally randomly around the clock.)
